Derri\u00e8re le 0 811 70 80 90 se trouve une quarantaine de collaborateurs totalement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la relation client et \u00e0 la communication des informations aupr\u00e8s du r\u00e9seau de concessions. Magaly Naud en est la directrice (photo 2), elle a bien voulu nous montrer comment cela marche. \u00ab <em>La base de notre travail est de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les demandes des concessions en terme de marketing direct, de traiter la relation client \u00e0 distance et de prendre en charge et en temps r\u00e9el les contacts des clients par mail, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, chat\u2026<\/em>\u00bb. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re mission de Call Services, absorber plus de 90% de coups de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone re\u00e7us, 100% des autres sources. Chacun des collaborateurs a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation de 15 jours sur les proc\u00e9dures, mais aussi sur l\u2019automobile. D\u2019ailleurs, les revues automobiles sont nombreuses sur des pr\u00e9sentoirs d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre de ce grand open space. Toutes ces informations sont soigneusement consign\u00e9esdans une fiche qui devra \u00eatre la plus compl\u00e8te possible avant d\u2019\u00eatre transmise par mail aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un unique contact dans chaque concession. \u00ab <em style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: initial;\">Afin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9actifs, nous envoyons \u00e9galement un sms \u00e0 ce contact. Car dans une concession, ce contact n\u2019est pas syst\u00e9matiquement derri\u00e8re son ordinateur entre le parking, l\u2019atelier ou les rendez-vous client\u00e8le\u2026<\/em> \u00bb.
