Sauf que derri\u00e8re l\u2019expression \u00ab <em style=\"background-color: initial;\">charbon roulant <\/em>\u00bb se cache une pratique politique, idiote et dangereuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chez nous, lorsque des gens ne sont pas content de la politique men\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9sident, ils gueulent, ils manifestent, ils boycottent\u2026 tout au plus ils mettent le feu \u00e0 des infrastructures publiques. Mais aux \u00c9tats-Unis, la politique men\u00e9e par Barack Obama conduit parfois \u00e0 des agissements autrement plus violents et absurdes ! Cela s\u2019appelle le coal rolling (charbon roulant), une nouvelle mode qui consiste \u00e0 trafiquer son pickup truck turbo diesel afin qu\u2019il rejette, sur commande, un maximum de suie et de fum\u00e9e noire sur tout ce qui ressemble \u00e0 un sympathisant \u00e9cologiste (ou d\u00e9mocrate) : Conducteur de voiture hybride, cycliste, pi\u00e9ton\u2026 Une violence qui frappe sans pr\u00e9venir tout ceux qui pourraient soutenir la politique de Barack Obama et son plan contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique. Ce dernier contient une batterie de mesures fiscales visant \u00e0 favoriser les \u00e9nergies propres au d\u00e9triment des \u00e9nergies fossiles. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses principes protectionnistes, l\u2019opposition r\u00e9publicaine fustige un plan qui, selon eux, mettrait \u00e0 mal l\u2019industrie et les emplois am\u00e9ricains. Quant au coal rolling, ils minimisent cette mode quand ils ne le justifient pas. <\/p>\n<h2>Ce grand et beau pays de la libert\u00e9 !<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autosphere.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/5720f0201bebb1199ef6fe0d6a0d8388.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ouvertement R\u00e9publicains (et tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la droite du parti), ces personnes partagent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux leurs exploits. Certains insistent sur le droit absolu de bricoler sa voiture comme ils l\u2019entendent, d\u2019autres sur le caract\u00e8re \u00ab cool \u00bb d\u2019un tel acte en d\u00e9pit du bon sens. Certains adolescents \u00e9cervel\u00e9s allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 volontairement se mettre la t\u00eate face \u00e0 la sortie d\u2019\u00e9chappements ! <em style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: initial;\">Le droit absolu de bricoler sa voiture <\/em>vous a peut-\u00eatre surpris ? Effectivement, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, vous pouvez faire ce que vous voulez \u00e0 votre voiture pourvue qu\u2019elle roule sur des chemins priv\u00e9s. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e c\u2019est sacr\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats-Unis et garantie par la Constitution.  C\u2019est pour cela que n\u2019importe qui peut s\u2019acheter un kit de modification (moteur, \u00e9chappements et commande) pour quelques centaines ou milliers de dollars au m\u00eame titre que des armes \u00e0 feu et des munitions.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_1PbgwowkeQ\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le coal rolling est ill\u00e9gal et dangereux. <\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si polluer \u00e0 outrance n\u2019est pas ill\u00e9gal sur un chemin de terre priv\u00e9, il l\u2019est sur la voie publique. Le 8 juillet dernier, l\u2019Agence de Protection de l\u2019Environnement (ou EPA) a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que ce contournement des contr\u00f4les de pollution est contraire \u00e0 la loi. \u00ab <em>La pollution des pots d\u2019\u00e9chappements, en principe retenue par des technologies qui r\u00e9duisent les \u00e9missions, contient des suies et des compos\u00e9s chimiques responsables de morts pr\u00e9matur\u00e9es, de l\u2019asthme et d\u2019autres impacts dangereux pour la sant\u00e9 <\/em>\u00bb. Des impacts \u00e0 long terme, mais \u00e9galement sur l\u2019instant puisque la visibilit\u00e9 s\u2019en trouve fortement compromise ! Quid d\u2019un coal rolling dans un virage ? \u00c0 l\u2019approche d\u2019une intersection ?
