Pour autant, les grilles de salaires des ouvriers des usines am\u00e9ricaines du g\u00e9ant \u00e0 l\u2019ovale bleu n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9volu\u00e9. Ce sera bient\u00f4t du pass\u00e9 avec l\u2019accord trouv\u00e9 entre Ford et le syndicat UAW (United Auto Workers).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est une nouvelle convention collective qui doit encore \u00eatre valid\u00e9e par la base des 52 700 salari\u00e9s de Ford membres de l\u2019UAW, mais les impressions donn\u00e9es par les repr\u00e9sentants de Ford comme du syndicat UAW dans la presse am\u00e9ricaine laissent augurer une issue heureuse \u00e0 l\u2019accord sur les salaires et les conditions de travail dans les usines Ford aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019o\u00f9 revient Ford<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Car les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont de retour chez Ford depuis 2009 apr\u00e8s la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie risqu\u00e9e, mais finalement payante, initi\u00e9e par Alan Mulally en 2006. Alors que la crise des subprimes ravageait l\u2019\u00e9conomie am\u00e9ricaine et le monde par ricochet, le projet \u00ab <em>One Ford <\/em>\u00bb visait \u00e0 simplifier au maximum l\u2019organisation du constructeur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Il en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9 des mod\u00e8les identiques pour les \u00c9tats-Unis, l\u2019Europe et l\u2019Asie. Une strat\u00e9gie financ\u00e9e par le gage de  l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de ses biens afin d\u2019obtenir un pr\u00eat de 23 milliards de dollars (21,5 milliards d\u2019euros). Entre 2006 et 2009, Ford a perdu quelques 30 milliards de dollars (28 milliards d\u2019euros). Pertes combl\u00e9es depuis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices records : 7,1 milliards de dollars de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en 2013 (6,6 milliards d\u2019euros) et 6,3 milliards de dollars en 2014 (5,89 milliards d\u2019euros) pour ne parler que des plus r\u00e9cents.<\/p>\n<h2>8 500 dollars de prime \u00e0 la signature<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien-s\u00fbr, tout n\u2019est pas rose chez l\u2019ovale bleu. Les campagnes de rappel sont nombreuses depuis plusieurs mois et l\u2019objectif de produire 10 millions de voitures en 2020 parait incertain. Pour autant, Ford s\u2019est relev\u00e9 de la crise et les salari\u00e9s devaient \u00eatre \u00e0 juste titre r\u00e9compens\u00e9s qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des salaires ou des conditions de travail. C\u2019est pourquoi Ford a rencontr\u00e9 United Auto Workers, syndicat qui a fait de m\u00eame avec General Motors et FCA. Repr\u00e9sentant quelques 52 700 salari\u00e9s de Ford, les discussions ont abouti \u00e0 un plan d\u2019investissement de 9 milliards de dollars (8,4 milliards d\u2019euros) sur 4 ans, l\u2019assurance que le site de Wayne (Michigan) serait pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une nouvelle convention sur les salaires. Un ouvrier nouvellement embouch\u00e9 pourra atteindre en 8 ans le salaire horaire maximum de 30 dollars (28 euros), comme il est d\u00e9sormais le cas chez GM et FCA. Le salaire horaire d\u2019un int\u00e9rimaire passera de 17 \u00e0 22,50 dollars (de 15,9 \u00e0 21 euros). Un nouvel employ\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre \u00e9ligible \u00e0 une prime \u00e0 la signature de  8 500 dollars (7 950 euros) ! S\u2019ajoutent de nombreuses primes et augmentations m\u00e9caniques d\u00e9taill\u00e9es&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freep.com\/story\/money\/cars\/ford\/2015\/11\/09\/ford-uaw-leaders-meet-approve-proposed-agreement\/75446210\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a>. <\/p>\n<h2>Le retour du Bronco ?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u00e9veloppement produit rien n\u2019est officiel.
