Sauf qu\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par PayScale d\u00e9montre que travailler pour Elon Musk est loin d\u2019\u00eatre id\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9tude de&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.payscale.com\/data-packages\/top-tech-companies-compared\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PayScale<\/a> est parvenue \u00e0 sonder 33 500 employ\u00e9s de 18 Tech Company. En compagnie des GAFA, Samsung, HP, eBay, Adobe ou Qualcomm se trouve Tesla, seul constructeur automobile qui supporte la comparaison. \u00c0 travers 9 crit\u00e8res, le constructeur de voiture \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 vocation autonome subit la comparaison.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout le monde a d\u00e9j\u00e0  aper\u00e7u le cadre de travail des employ\u00e9s de Google et Facebook \u00e0 Mountain View et Palo Alto dans divers reportages. Pas \u00e9tonnant de voir ces deux g\u00e9ants apparaitre comme les Tech Company o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve les employ\u00e9s les plus jeunes, les plus satisfais, les moins stress\u00e9s et les mieux pay\u00e9s. \u00c0-vrai-dire, l\u2019\u00e9tude de PayScale chiffre ce qui parait \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n<h2>Univers stressant<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce qui paraissait moins \u00e9vident, c\u2019est que travailler pour Elon Musk chez Tesla est loin d\u2019\u00eatre le paradis. Certes, le fondateur de PayPal a le sens de la provocation et apparait comme un caract\u00e9riel tr\u00e8s exigent. Dans l\u2019\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e en d\u00e9but de semaine, il est mentionn\u00e9 que c\u2019est chez Tesla, on paye moins bien en d\u00e9but (environ 80 000$ par an, soit 73 000\u20ac) comme en milieu de carri\u00e8re (118 500$ par an, soit 108 000\u20ac). Ces chiffres sont des moyennes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au lendemain de la journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, vous serez ravis d\u2019apprendre que c\u2019est aussi chez Tesla que l\u2019on retrouve le moins de femmes (14 \u00e0 20% des effectifs). Pire, Tesla apparait comme l\u2019entreprise o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve les employ\u00e9s les plus stress\u00e9s. C\u2019est \u00e9galement le cas chez Space X, autre Tech Company d\u2019Elon Musk. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il ressort des commentaires qui accompagnent cette \u00e9tude que la source principale du stress vient d\u2019une pression trop forte sur des d\u00e9lais de livraison intenables ou presque. Est-ce infernal de travailler pour Elon Musk ? Cela en a tout l\u2019air, m\u00eame s\u2019il convient de relativiser puisque les salaires moyens sont tout de m\u00eame bien sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne. Si l\u2019environnement est stressant, il apparait n\u00e9anmoins que les employ\u00e9s de Tesla et de Space X apparaissent dans cette m\u00eame \u00e9tude comme ceux qui trouvent le plus de sens \u00e0 leur travail. Changer le monde ?
