Le Transit Elevated Bus (ou TEB) circule par dessus le flot de la circulation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \tVoil\u00e0 quelques mois, nous avions eu vent de ce projet audacieux consistant \u00e0 faire circuler un immense bus par dessus les voitures. Une sorte d\u2019empilement du traffic qui permettrait, en cas de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation, de lutter contre la congestion des centre-villes. Du moins, le TEB apparait comme un outil moderne et intelligent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \tHaut de 4,80 m\u00e8tres, pour 7,80 m\u00e8tres de large, 22 m\u00e8tres de long et capable d\u2019accueillir en l\u2019\u00e9tat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 passagers (1 200 \u00e0 terme en les empilant comme des wagons ?) le Transit Elevated Bus repose sur deux rails situ\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la chauss\u00e9e. En dessous, l\u2019espace de 2 m\u00e8tres permet \u00e0 la plupart des v\u00e9hicules de circuler tandis que l\u2019arri\u00e8re du v\u00e9hicule est dot\u00e9 de feux tricolores ainsi qu\u2019un panneau lumineux relayent les messages que ne voient pas les automobilistes. La vitesse de pointe annonc\u00e9e est de 60 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lPdl3uxW3aI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"> <\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 quoi \u00e7a roule ? <\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \tHormis l\u2019information (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.people.cn\/n3\/2016\/0804\/c90000-9094963.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">*<\/a>) que les premiers tests ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 \u00e0 Qinhuangdao (sur quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres) visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de freinage ainsi que la consommation r\u00e9elle \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, peu d\u2019informations sont disponibles sur ce qui anime le TEB. On le suppose volontiers \u00e9lectrique, mais fonctionne-t-il gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des batteries ? Ou par contact \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un tram ?<\/p>\n<p> \t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autosphere.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/01fee42c53bab98d280564f6f5209561.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \tCes tests devront valider, ou non, la fiabilit\u00e9 de cet imposant autobus pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en grandes pompes par les m\u00e9dias officiels chinois. Toujours est-il que si le succ\u00e8s \u00e9tait au rendez-vous, le TEB serait le pionnier d\u2019une nouvelle r\u00e9flexion sur la gestion du traffic en ville bas\u00e9e sur la verticalit\u00e9 et non plus seulement sur la largeur des voies. Certes, il faut penser \u00e0 des arr\u00eats de bus sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s et donc des trottoirs assez larges. Toujours est-il que de nombreuses communes chinoises mais aussi des pays comme la Br\u00e9sil, l\u2019Indon\u00e9sie et m\u00eame la France seraient int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par cette technologie.
