Pour cela, la firme de Woking s\u2019est notamment associ\u00e9e avec BMW.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">McLaren Automotive travaille au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles motorisations et compte sur l\u2019aide sur BMW, mais aussi de Ricardo, Grainger and Worrall ou encore Lentus Composites. Les chercheurs de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Bath seront de la partie, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs travaux sur l\u2019efficience de la combustion interne. L\u2019annonce est officielle. Pour autant, il ne s\u2019agit pas cette fois-ci de mettre un monstrueux bloc dans une supercar (comme ce fut le cas avec la McLaren F1) mais bien de faire baisser les \u00e9missions de CO2. Un autre d\u00e9fi bien que la sportivit\u00e9 demeurera au centre de tout !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le constructeur de Woking ne fait pas myst\u00e8re sur la nature de cette collaboration. Il s\u2019agira d\u2019un moteur \u00e0 combustion qui devra consommer moins, polluer moins tout en \u00e9tant plus puissant,\u2026 Bref un meilleur rendement. L\u2019ensemble sera certainement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une unit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. On jurerait qu\u2019on parle de downsizing !  Le r\u00e9sultat de cette collaboration devrait aboutir \u00e0 un premier mod\u00e8le de s\u00e9rie promis pour 2020.
