Polluante ou pas la voiture alors ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une ZCR est une Zone \u00e0 Circulation Restreinte. Une air urbaine o\u00f9 l\u2019acc\u00e8s est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux v\u00e9hicules les moins polluants en cas pic et selon la hi\u00e9rarchie des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autosphere.fr\/blog\/media\/conseils\/obligatoire-ou-pas-la-vignette-critrair-\/11108\/\">vignettes Crit\u2019Air<\/a>. De 0 \u00e0 5 pour les v\u00e9hicules des moins au plus polluants. Il en r\u00e9sulte la circulation diff\u00e9renti\u00e9e comme activ\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris ces derniers jours. Mais voil\u00e0, il existe un \u00e9tonnant paradoxe avec le syst\u00e8me bonus-malus \u00e9cologique. En effet, certains v\u00e9hicules sont \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 une vignette Crit\u2019Air 1 (v\u00e9hicules essence Euro 5 et Euro 6 mis en circulation \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2011) tout en \u00e9tant p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019achat (neuf) d\u2019un lourd malus \u00e9cologique, soit 10 500 euros pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2018. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est le cas par exemple d\u2019une Ford Mustang. Peu importe la version (2,3l EcoBoost ou V8 5,0l) son achat neuf en 2018 est sanctionn\u00e9 d\u2019un malus \u00e9cologique de 10 500 euros au titre des respectivement 199 ou 277 grammes de CO2 rejet\u00e9s par kilom\u00e8tre selon la version. Pourtant, elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une vignette Crit\u2019Air 1 lui assurant \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr (pour l\u2019instant) de pouvoir circuler en ZCR en cas de pic de pollution. Paradoxale, n\u2019est-ce pas ?! Les cas similaires sont nombreux \u00e0 commencer par les marques de prestige comme Land Rover, Porsche, Maserati ou Bentley. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s-tout, l\u2019id\u00e9e des ZCR \u00e9tait d\u2019exclure le diesel des villes. Celle r\u00e9gissant le bonus-malus \u00e9cologique \u00e9tait de faire la chasse au CO2. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence, il y a divergence sur les gros moteurs \u00e0 essence.
