Elle en \u00e9quipe m\u00eame certains employ\u00e9s dans les usines Ford.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans son communiqu\u00e9, Ford pr\u00e9sente les choses ainsi : <em>\u00ab Imaginez soulever un sac de farine ou une past\u00e8que au-dessus de votre t\u00eate 4 600 fois par jour dans le cadre de votre travail. C\u2019est ce qui est semblable au quotidien de quelques salari\u00e9s de Ford pour construire des v\u00e9hicules dans le monde entier<\/em> \u00bb. Du coup, en novembre 2017, le constructeur am\u00e9ricain a lanc\u00e9 un projet pilote dans deux de ses usines du Michigan. Ce projet, en collaboration avec Ekso Bionics, consistait \u00e0 \u00e9quiper les employ\u00e9s qui passent beaucoup de temps les bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate d\u2019une armature offrant un support m\u00e9canique. Une EksoVest sous la forme d\u2019un exosquelette non robotis\u00e9 (sans batterie ni moteur) devant \u00e9pauler l\u2019employ\u00e9 dans son travail. Le syst\u00e8me test\u00e9 permet un soutien au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019employ\u00e9 l\u00e8ve les bras.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HpYhY5-cVyk\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce n\u2019est pas Iron Man qui serre les boulons\u2026 mais on s\u2019en approche<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019id\u00e9e n\u2019est pas seulement d\u2019apporter un soutien pr\u00e9cieux (quoique c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien) mais aussi (et surtout) d\u2019augmenter l\u2019endurance tout en m\u00e9nageant la sant\u00e9 de la personne \u00e9quip\u00e9e. Notamment en luttant contre les troubles musculo-squelettiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Semble-t-il que le test a \u00e9t\u00e9 concluant et Ford d\u2019annoncer le prochain d\u00e9ploiement de cette technologie d\u2019exosquelette dans 15 usines \u00e0 travers le monde. Formul\u00e9 ainsi, cela ressemble \u00e0 un investissement consid\u00e9rable. Dans les chiffres, seuls 75 appareillages sont annonc\u00e9s. Ce qui en fait 5 en moyenne par usine. Pour autant, cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de travailler pourrait \u00eatre plus largement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Ford n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pas l\u2019unique constructeur automobile \u00e0 se tourner vers un tel syst\u00e8me. Audi et BMW ont \u00e9galement test\u00e9 l\u2019exosquelette avec une autre fournisseur (Noonee) pour des taches analogues. Rappelons aussi que de nombreuses usines automobiles ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s des exosquelettes afin de soutenir les jambes dans une position semi-assise (illustration chez Volkswagen). En r\u00e9duisant la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 ainsi, les constructeurs parviennent \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 de leurs \u00e9quipes tout en r\u00e9duisant la marge d\u2019erreur.
