C\u2019est cette version qui devient mythique. Elle atteint les 100 km\/h en moins de 8 secondes. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, c\u2019est impressionnant pour une citadine.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1872\">Mais ce n\u2019est pas seulement la puissance qui s\u00e9duit. Son comportement routier est ac\u00e9r\u00e9, avec un train avant ultra pr\u00e9cis. Le tout dans un gabarit l\u00e9ger (environ 900 kg). Son look n\u2019est pas en reste : jantes ouragan, liser\u00e9s rouges, logos GTI, int\u00e9rieur sport. Et apr\u00e8s la 205 ? La <strong data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2010\">309 GTI<\/strong> arrive, plus grande mais tout aussi efficace, voire encore plus performante dans sa version GTI 16. Pourtant, elle ne conna\u00eetra pas la m\u00eame aura. Moins charismatique peut-\u00eatre, mais toujours redoutable.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2532\">La <strong data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2229\">106 GTI<\/strong>, lanc\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 90, reprend la recette avec brio. Petite, l\u00e9g\u00e8re, nerveuse, elle s\u00e9duit une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Puis vient la <strong data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2376\">306 S16<\/strong>, souvent per\u00e7ue comme la descendante indirecte des GTI : un moteur plus noble, une tenue de route exceptionnelle. Cette fois, le moteur 1.6 THP d\u00e9veloppe jusqu\u2019\u00e0 208 ch dans la version &#8220;30th&#8221;. Elle n\u2019a rien \u00e0 envier \u00e0 certaines compactes sportives, tout en gardant une compacit\u00e9 appr\u00e9ciable.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"3132\">Son comportement est plus polic\u00e9 que celui de la 205, mais la <strong data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3013\">208 GTI<\/strong> conserve une vraie efficacit\u00e9. Et surtout, elle marque le retour d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3109\">mod\u00e8le sportif assum\u00e9<\/strong> dans la gamme Peugeot.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3248\">Aujourd\u2019hui, ce mod\u00e8le est tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion.
